Step 2: See if we’re right for you
During our initial conversation on the phone, we’ll discuss the medical particulars and decide with you whether it makes sense to come in for an in-person consultation. At this time, we will request medical records–– if you haven’t already sent them to us.
Step 3: Meet in-person to plan your program
Your in-person consultation takes an hour or so. In this meeting, we go over your medical records, conduct an exam, introduce you to team members and discuss inital options. To learn more about what we cover in this first meeting, please see the What to Expect section of this site.
